Bentuk Tuturan Responsif Siswa Kelas XI pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Panjura

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari kenyataan bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di tingkat SMA masih menghadapi tantangan dalam membangun interaksi kelas yang aktif, khususnya pada aspek tuturan responsif siswa. Siswa sering kali memberikan jawaban singkat, normatif, bahkan diam, sehingga komunikasi di kelas tidak berkembang sesuai harapan kurikulum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tuturan responsif siswa kelas XI pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMA Panjura Malang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data berupa tuturan siswa sebanyak 60 partisipan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi kelas, rekaman percakapan, teknik simak catat, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk tuturan responsif siswa masih didominasi jawaban sederhana dan repetitif, meskipun terdapat sebagian kecil variasi respons berupa penambahan informasi atau pertanyaan balik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kesenjangan antara teori tindak tutur responsif dan praktik nyata di kelas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas tuturan responsif siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya belajar, strategi guru, dan kondisi psikologis siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, penggunaan pertanyaan tingkat tinggi, serta penciptaan suasana belajar yang aman agar siswa mampu menghasilkan tuturan yang lebih kritis, reflektif, dan komunikatif.
